3 Awesome Cocktails for Your Next Party!

These cocktail ideas are all super simple, but will make you look like you just graduated bartending school. First up.
The Pink Grapefruit Greyhound
This cocktail is honestly the perfect bubbly mixture of sweet and tart.
What you need (Makes 2 cocktails):
• 2 Fresh Grapefruits
• 4 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Simple syrup
• Serve in Coups
Directions:
• Pour 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice into shaker
• Mix in 1 oz of simple syrup (1:1 water and sugar)
• Add 4 oz of Vodka
• Shake with ice
• Pour into 2 coups
• Top each one off with Perrier Pink Grapefruit
• Garnish with grapefruit peal

The Brûléed Lemon Lime Fizz
The classic lemon fizz with a lime twist. Super refreshing, and the brûléed garnish is an easy crowd pleaser. You’re going to love it!
What you need (Makes 2 cocktails):
• 2 Fresh lemons
• 1 bunch of Rosemary
• Course sugar
• 4 oz Gin
• 1 oz Simple syrup
• Serve in double rock Old Fashion glasses
Directions:
• Brûlée lemon
o Cut 2 1/8 thick slices of lemon. Cover both sides with coarse sugar. Place lemon slices directly onto heated stove top pan. Allow the lemon to caramelize and then repeat on other side. Set aside to cool.
• Pour 1 ½ oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice into shaker
• Mix in 1 oz of simple syrup (1:1 water and sugar)
• Add 4 oz of Gin
• Shake with ice
• Pour into 2 double rock Old Fashion glasses
• Top each one off with Perrier Lime
• Garnish with brûléed lemon and rosemary
The L’Orange Mojito
This unsuspecting flavor combo is going to be your new go to on a hot day. It’s your classic mint mojito with a subtle citrus twist!
What you need (Makes 2 cocktails):
• 1 Bunch of Mojito mint
• 2 Fresh Oranges
• 4 oz Rum
• 1 oz Simple syrup
• Serve in highball glasses
Directions:
• Pour 1 ½ oz of freshly squeezed orange juice into shaker
• Add 12 broken up sprigs of mojito mint
• Softly muddle mint and orange together
• Mix in 1 oz of simple syrup (1:1 water and sugar)
• Add 4 oz of Rum
• Shake with ice
• Pour into 2 highball glasses
• Top each one off with Perrier L’Orange
• Garnish with an Orange wheel, mojito mint sprigs and cute paper straws
